Hop extracts have been taken as calming supplements for centuries. This is believed to be due to the presence of Xanthohumol. AltruVita’s Xanthohumol Hop Extract+ includes a small amount of phytoestrogens and a much higher concentration of xanthohumol (70%). Xanthohumol is a bioactive flavonoid.
