Vitamin C with flavonoids is a combination of ascorbic acid and citrus flavonoids. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports cells against oxidative stress and aids iron absorption.

If pregnant, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product. Vitamin C can cause diarrhoea in some individuals in large doses, which can vary from person to person. This resolves when the dosage is reduced.
