Unless otherwise advised mix one level measuring spoon a day with a glass of water, fruit or vegetable juice, stir briefly and drink. A measuring spoon is included.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
If more vitamin C is taken than is required, the excess vitamin C remains in the large intestine and is therefore not absorbed. Vitamin C attracts water here and might cause (osmotic) diarrhoea ('bowel tolerance'). This phenomenon disappears when the dose is lowered.
