This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Two capsules per day. Maximum of four a day. Best taken with meals. Vim & Vigour capsules are not suitable for young children (under 10yrs) or pregnancy due to limited trials of astaxanthin in these groups.
