Urticalcin tablets contain stinging nettle, calcium salts and silicea. Silicea is a substance most often associated with strong hair and nails. Urticalcin may also be used to support healthy hair growth.
Extracts of Urtica, Silicea, Calcium carbonate (from molluscs}, Calcium phosphate and Sodium phosphate, lactose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and pregelatinised potato starch to 100mg.

Contains:
Adults: take three tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve in the mouth. Children (3-12 years): take one tablet twice daily, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
This product is not recommended for children under three years of age.
