This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Start with four tablets per day and build up gradually to the recommended serving of 12 tablets per day. May be taken all at once or in smaller amounts as desired.
