Sleep Well is designed to support relaxation and normal sleep, featuring magnesium bisglycinate, B vitamins, l-tryptophan, l-theanine, hops, lemon balm and Lactium, a milk protein hydrolysate studied for its ability to support normal stress response and relaxation.
