Natures Aid Rosehip capsules are made using a concentrated extract from Rosa Canina rosehips only. Each Natures Aid Rosehip capsule contains 187.5mg of concentrated rosehip extract - equivalent to a full 750mg of dried rosehip fruit.

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
First three to five weeks: take three capsules twice per day with food. Maintenance dose: take two capsules twice per day with food. Swallow capsules with water or split capsules and sprinkle over food.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Excessive intake can result in gastric upset. Not suitable for those taking warfarin. Suitable for all ages but it is advised to reduce dosage according to age and weight.
