Each capsule of Resveratrol Max contains 250mg of trans-resveratrol, the biologically active form of this polyphenol. Resveratrol is a potent antioxidant polyphenol found in grape skin (Vitis vinifera), berries, plants such as Fallopia japonica and red wine.
