Each capsule contains only Slippery Elm Bark to maintain the potency of the plant. The bark is pure and no additives have been used. One capsule of Slippery Elm Bark contains on average 230mg of Slippery Elm (Elmus Fulva).

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
1-2 capsules daily as a food supplement or take as directed by a practitioner. As a drink: Mix the contents of a capsule to a smooth paste with cold water and slowly add boiling water (or milk/milk substitute if preferred) stirring briskly.
