Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5, also called pantothenic acid. It contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of vitamin D and some neuro transmitters. Because it contributes to normal energy yielding metabolism it also plays a role in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
