This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
One to two capsules with a large glass of water after each meal or three to four capsules with 500ml water an hour before bed. Charcoal products should be taken at least an hour before or after prescribed medications.
