This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Take two tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with either lunch or dinner.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Contains magnesium, which may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Reducing or dividing the dose throughout the day may help. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take these tablets except on the advice of a doctor.
