MegaMag Night Formula is a high strength magnesium formula incorporating l-tryptophan, l-theanine, hops and Lactium®, a milk protein hydrolysate. This tasty powder mixes with water to make a relaxing chamomile flavoured drink.

Mix one scoop (5.8g) into 100-250ml of water (adjust to taste), one to two times daily, or as recommended. May be taken during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.

This product contains 25mg of vitamin B6. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Caution is advised if taking anxiolytic or anti-depression medication.
