Add between 250g-1000g of magnesium flakes to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes, one to two times per week, depending on need. For a footbath: add 100g-250g to a footbath or bowl and soak feet for 20 minutes, then rinse.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
