Suitable for all ages but it is advised to reduce dosage according to age and weight. At the recommended dosage, none of the ingredients are associated with any side effects or toxicity, except for copper, which should never be taken by people with Wilsons disease. Vitamin E slightly increases the risk of bleeding gums in those taking aspirin. Zinc and copper bind to several antibiotics, reducing their absorption. Taking this product at least two hours apart from antibiotic medication eliminates this problem. Zinc may also bind with the anticoagulant Warfarin, reducing its absorption. Again, taking this product at least two hours apart from warfarin eliminates this problem.
