This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
1 to 3 capsules daily. It is preferable to take amino acids with fruit juice or water rather than milk. An amino acid is best taken half an hour before any meal or at bedtime.
