Kefir Complex is a dairy free powder in a sachet that can be mixed into water, juice or milk to make a great tasting supplement drink. Kefir Complex contains two different live organisms, kefir and bulgaricus in a base of carrot, banana and xylitol with N-acetyl glucosamine and glutamine.
