Iron Bisglycinate Complex is a food supplement based on iron, vitamin C, B vitamins and copper which contribute to a normal iron metabolism. It provides 35mg of elemental iron per capsule sourced from ferrous bisglycinate, a well tolerated iron form with high bio-availability.
