One capsule daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least two to three hours before or after taking them.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea, or severe abdominal pain; or if you have a special medical condition, or if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma).
