Each pouch contains around 800 pure organic freeze-dried powdered haskap berries and nothing else. The powder has a delicious and unique tangy sweet taste. Their deep blue skin & crimson flesh give haskaps three times the antioxidants, and four times the anthocyanins of blueberries.
