Flax Seed Oil, also known as Linseed Oil, is a rich natural source of polyunsaturated and essential fatty acids, including Omega 3 acids. Flax Seed can be used both internally and externally for its wide ranging beneficial properties to the skin and digestive system.

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Adults and children over 6 years of age, one to two capsules daily. For external use: pierce capsule and apply contents onto the skin, massaging gently until absorbed. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
