This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Take one capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If desired, or professionally directed, can be increased to two capsules a day. Can be used on an ongoing basis. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cool drink/food.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Live cultures are not recommended for those with serious medical conditions e.g. those who are severely immunosuppressed, have pancreatitis, are in the ICU, have melaena, have a central venous catheter, infants with short bowel syndrome, or to patients with open wounds following major surgery; unless under a doctor's care.
