The enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO) corresponds to the body's own enzyme that breaks down food histamine. With DAOZym®, the DAO enzyme can easily be supplied as required and thus contribute to the tolerance of histamine-containing foods. DAOZym® also contains the amino acid L-glutamine.
L-glutamine, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, gelling agent: gellan gum), bulking agent: powdered cellulose; protein extract from pig kidneys (contains DAO).
