These capsules have the reputation of having a very helpful effect on the colon, to help maintain regular bowel function at a healthy level, which SHS believe is as many times a day as meals eaten. When possible, change to Cascara Compound Capsules which are better if used over a longer period.

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
1 capsule, 3 times a day, taken with food or a drink. If desired, up to three times this amount can safely be taken. Start off with a small amount and increase slowly. Drink extra water.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Do not use with blood thinning drugs e.g. Warfarin. Do not use more than standard amount with heart drugs, steroids or diuretics.
