This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Women during pregnancy and three months postnatal: take two tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Do not exceed the stated dose.

This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. While fully-reacted, ‘gentle’ iron bisglycinate is used, this product contains 27mg of iron, which may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
