What to expect?

We will have an initial 90 minute session held over video call on Google which involves discussion of your health questionnaire & any other relevant health information. So bring water and/or a tea to stay hydrated as well as a notebook and pen if you'd like to make notes. When we close the session I will begin to finalise writing up your one month's targeted plan, and you should receive it the same day or at the latest the day after our session.

How to prepare?

Prior to our consultation please ensure to complete and sign the consent form and terms of engagement as well as filling out the health questionnaire form & 3 day diet diary. This is highly recommended as it ensures we can best make the most of our time. Please ensure to also send me any recent test results, whether received from your GP or privately. It is mandatory to have completed and signed the consent form and terms of engagement prior to our initial session, if these have not been returned and payment has not been received the consultation will not be able to go ahead. If you are unable to complete the health questionnaire forms independently for any reason before the consultation, then we can complete these together in the session time. Please note, this may take up a significant amount of the consultation time and may require an additional booking for formulating a plan together once all relevant information is collected.

How to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the consultation. If you cancel within 48 hours your payment will still be liable. Please see the terms of engagement for more information.

Description

Your first naturopathic nutritional consultation is an introduction and exploration into your current health status as well as your long-term medical history which, alongside admin write-up and research, in total requires half a day's work for your practitioner. Research and planning for your case will begin to be written up before the consultation based on the information you provide in the questionnaire that you receive at the time of booking. Your plan will then be refined during our consultation, alongside discussion & tailoring of any supplement or test recommendations to support your health plan. You will receive your one month's plan after our consultation, either the same day or at the latest the following day.
