This service is for an initial consultation of 90 minutes where we will discuss your health goals, medical history, lifestyle habits and review the systems of the body. Included in this cost is the provision of a plan and we will discuss what this during the last 30 minutes of our consultation. Please leave adequate time to complete your 3-day food and lifestyle diary before booking your appointment. Alternatively your plan delivery will be delayed until your diary has been received. PLEASE NOTE: if you are booking your time slot using a mobile phone, you need to select from the white section of the calendar which is my availability. Press and hold and when you release the next screen will be revealed. If you do not use Google and particularly if you use predominantly Apple based phone/computer, you may need to download the Chrome app to join the Google Meet call.
