Beginner's programme to inspire motivation and confidence. Bespoke exercise program suited for the individual's needs and goals. It is six sessions over six weeks to develop a fitness schedule & programme to continue with confidence at home or in own gym. Each week a short video clip with be sent to the client from that week's session to practice and follow at home.
