This service is for a follow-up consultation of 60 minutes where we will review your progress with the current plan to determine what is working and what might need to be adjusted. Included in this cost is the provision of a revised or adjusted plan. A further 5-day food and lifestyle diary will need to be completed before your appointment, so please bear that in mind when booking. Your plan delivery will be delayed if your diary is not received before the appointment. Please note: If you are booking your time slot using a mobile phone, you need to select from the white section of the calendar, which is my availability. If you do not use Google and particularly if you use predominantly Apple based phone/computer, you may need to download an app to join the Google Meet call.
