This is a complimentary online video call review (using the software Google Meet) of your goals and/or health-related concerns. Thereafter, we will progress to a consultation if we both agree. Once you have completed the form below and booked a convenient time and date, you will receive an email to direct you further. Check your spam folder, in case it goes there by mistake. Duration may vary but a typical indication is given. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for your booking. NOTE: to join the video call review please use the following Google Meet link: meet.google.com/sug-sfsx-wfd which will also be sent to you via email by HealthPath Pro after you have booked your time. DO NOT use any other video links that may be automatically generated by Gmail/Google calendar.
