We will begin with a 90 min initial consultation to talk through the intake form and food diary. This will be followed by biweekly 45 min sessions to support the implementation of nutrition and lifestyle practises.

A three month programme with biweekly support. This programme moves from awareness to greater connection of your mind and body. It is building more trust and ability to intuitively respond to what your body may be saying to you (like signs/symptoms).
