The initial session will last around one hour and thirty minutes and will allow me to gather the essential information to have a complete understanding of you and your current state of health. I'll ask about the onset, causes, and progression of your illness, as well as any investigations and medications your presently taking. As a skilled medical herbalist, my focus is for you as a whole; your mental, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual background, your nutritional health, as well as your medical and familial history.
