Initial appointment (90 mins) o Full medical case history taken, along with a diet diary and lifestyle assessment.  o Review of medications for nutritional interactions and possible associated depletions.  o Provision of a personalised, targeted nutritional and lifestyle plan. o Appropriate supplementation recommendations also provided.  o Access to a practice portal with recipes and other free resources.  o Recommendations for private testing (with a detailed interpretation of results) provided - if required. Check in calls x6 (Every 2-3 weeks, 30 minutes) Follow up appointments x4 (60 minutes) o Updated nutritional and lifestyle plan created for you, to further your progress.
